A couple facing foreclosure found the collateral they desperately needed with the discovery of an Action Comics # 1.
The fortuitous find occurred when the anonymous family began the painful process of packing up their home due to a bank's foreclosure proceedings.
This comic book will fetch upwards of $250,000, which is great news for this family. I have had to sell portions of my comic book and toy collection to help me pay off debt before. It sucks, but you have to do what you have to do. Not everyone is fortunate enough to find a treasure like this, but look around your house. I guarantee you'll be able to find something you can sell to put towards your debt.
